For 20 years, I've kicked off the new year the same way—on my mat, with women from my community, moving through a flow that honours where we've been and opens the door to where we're going.

Here’s what's happening:

Part 1: 55-Minute Yoga Flow
Move, breathe, and reconnect to your body. This is your moment to shake off 2025 and step into 2026 feeling grounded, strong, and ready.

Part 2: 10-Minute Break
Grab something yummy in a mug and settle in for part three

Part 3: 55-Minute Intention Setting + Metabolic Health Masterclass
This is where we go deeper. I'll guide you through a journaling experience designed to help you:

  • Burn down the quick-fix mentality that's been keeping you stuck
  • Build a sustainable movement plan that actually works with your body (not against it)
  • Create a metabolic foundation for strength, fat loss, and energy in this phase of life
  • Set fiery, grounded intentions for how you want to FEEL and MOVE in 2026

This isn't about resolutions that fizzle out by February.

This is about designing a year where your body finally gets what it's been asking for.

What you'll need:

✔️ Yoga mat
✔️ Journal or paper + pen (or your laptop)
✔️ Your favourite warm drink in a mug
✔️ An open heart and a willingness to do things differently this year

The Details:

When: December 31st at 6:30am PST / 9:30am EST

How long: Approximately 2 hours (with a 10-minute break in the middle)
Limited to 500 participants
