I want to share my own hair health tips, I only wash my hair twice a week in order not to strip my scalp from the healthy oils it produces. Washing your hair daily causes drying and damage. The oil on your hair and skin is related to your hormonal levels and you should have that under consideration so you can search for the root causes of this. Castor Oil from Saint Francis Herb Farm is one of my best allies, apply it to your hair from root to tip. Create a more simple life with Saint Francis Herb Farm products. You can order through Pure Feast, use the promo code JENNPIKE and save 10% off all of your purchases.

Another amazing product I use is Nourish from Skin Essence which is formulated for skin, but I also apply it to my hair. Nourish is like food for my hair since it has rich antioxidants and nutrients which work marvelously for your skin and hair. I use Nourish after drying by rubbing some drops on my hands and applying it to the ends of my hair.
