I am almost 40 years old and I couldn’t be more excited about it! I am grateful for every step in my path and for the experiences that led me to the point where I am today. There is a lot I have learned about my own body, I used to think that more was more and less was not enough. I have learned to nourish my body so I can thrive. During these years I have been helping women in their own course of action, struggles and journeys and for this I kept studying and keeping my curiosity alive.

I recently gave birth to my most recent program called Synced, to show every woman there is a way to move, nourish and support their bodies without feeling depleted.

These are the main topics exposed in this episode to help you understand the different phases of your cycle:

  • Do you feel you are eating the right foods for your cycle?
  • Four distinct phases of the cycle.
  • The follicular phases.
  • Foods you should add to your diet during each phase.
  • Seed cycling.
  • The ovulatory phase.
  • The egg wisdom.
  • Your body is looking for pleasure and joy during ovulatory phase.
  • The luteal phase, the longest one.
  • Stress lowers your progesterone.
  • The menstrual cycle.
  • The right movement for each phase of your cycle.
  • Do less!

Your body is brilliant! I hope you enjoyed this episode and learned better ways to support your body through the different phases of your cycle. Wishing more simplicity and ease in all that you do!

P.S. I TOTALLY messed up and got over excited thinking this was episode 50! It is not! It is 49 😉
